Three-dimensional fractals and digital paintings done in MS Paint; both probably took quite some time until they were finished, and the images are connected by the colours of a rainbow and a retro vibe.

3/6 The intimate embrace of two faceless dolls is mirrored by the overlapping energy levels of two atoms. The tones of paper and parchment that both artworks use gives them a physical, nostalgic feeling.
1/ Many of the pieces on #zeroone are by pseudonymous accounts.
They could be Tyler Hobbs in disguise—or flippers minting the tmp folder of their drives in order to be able to collect. Much of it is AI–generated, and while I appreciate AI as a tool, raw outputs can feel random and uninspired.
If I don't know about background and idea behind artworks, it comes down to the visuals and the themes that the images seem to explore.
2/ Teal as a colour complements many other tones to create balanced aesthetics. Pair it with pink or yellow, and the resulting images show an interesting contrast of colour temperatures and vibrancy.

3/ Green is associated with nature. It is the colour of chlorophyll, the enzyme used by plants to generate ATP and NADPH during photosynthesis. It also creates oxygen as a byproduct.
Rust is associated with decay. Its colour comes from iron oxide that is created when oxygen reacts with water and iron.

Stories of Sponges and Survival is a write–up about Paweł Grzelak's two recent, strangely beautiful #DigitalArt projects Gemmules and Symplasma: Experiment that put their focus on a somewhat unassuming animal species: sponges!
Read my text to find out why this is way more interesting (and beautiful) than one might expect:
1/ Soft Sounds by @evrythngissoft is a visual exploration of memories and music.
The dreamlike images draw inspiration from Hirokazu Koreeda's film After Life, where cherished memories are reimagined as theatrical spectacles.
The artist embraces this fantastical approach and visualises their recollections of being at outdoor music festivals in the woods, juxtaposing nature with noise.
