@Savvyhomestead The main problem is that Russia (and others) are doing the EXACT SAME SHIT again as they did in 2016, and their targets are too young to have experienced that. In 2016 most of them were playing games on Xbox.
We (the older generation) have to explain to them that they're right at the core but that they're also the target of concerted efforts to sway them away from Biden.
@1nd33d@shoq They could be, but I don't think it would be any worse than people mainly talking to their own followers. I'm also interested in groups for hobbies more than ideologies. I see it as a way of easily sending a message to a group of people that have shown interest in a subject by subscribing to the group.
Groups also have an advantage over hashtags in that by messaging the group everyone will see your message right away. With hashtags, other people's home servers may not see you.
