Happy #InternationalDayOfTransgenderVisibility! Today I'm reading "Jesse's Girl" by Reese Morrison, a romance novella detailing trans representation and identity.

I'm aiming to be more intentional about reading diversely, so this will be the first of many books featuring trans characters and/or written by trans authors.

? I finished the most waste of time old Harlequin, The Wild Side by Diana Hamilton. One of those awful misogynistic old skool books that's pretty fun if you're in the right mood -- but then there's the most lukewarm ending! Why did I suffer through all that angst?! Where is my payoff?!

On the 24th day of I would like to thank Penny Reid for the . Each brother has unique traits and they find their HEAs with interesting & intriguing FMCs. Basically, I fell into the rabbit hole and devoured most of the spin offs. I just might be obsessed! My fave brothers are Beau and Roscoe.

Do you have a favourite Winston brother? Or perhaps recs for a similar series about one family?

"Heartsong" by A E Wasp, one of the books in the series. The MMCs have some tough issues to go through, but they are so sweet to each other! Shipley's Cider is referenced (IYKYK) and Vermont weather plays a key part in the plot... โš ๏ธTW for homophobic family members, kidnapping and PTSD because of off the page conversion therapy. I really liked this book!
