I have a Python-package that calls Inkscape as part of a conversion process. I have it installed, but through Flatpak. This means that calling inkscape does not work in the terminal, but rather flatpak run org.inkscape.Inkscape. I need the package to be able to call it as inkscape....
It's not my personal patch - I'm just watching it. If it misses a release because the author doesn't respond I'll try and put some time into writing my own implementation.
Wondering if others experience this or if it’s just my setup. I’ve tried searching for open issues that describe this behavior but haven’t had much luck yet....
Thanks! I've made lots of wide area and close-up terrain models using DEM and lidar before, but trimming to state boundaries has always been the challenge. Every time I try to trim the raster data in qgis I don't get anywhere, even though it should be possible.
The OpenSCAD primitive is a new one for me though - thanks! In the past I've just used the DEMto3D plugin in qgis.
I had some MRIs done about a year ago that included the brain and I got so/so results out of Freesurfer. You could tell it was a brain but it still looked a little janky. Yours looks great, though!
Can anyone recommend a thermostat system that is self-hosted (no third-party cloud) and integrates into homeassistant nicely? Something tasmota based would be even better....
Its funny how both Reddit and Twitch announce API or policy changes that creates mass discussion within their respective communities regarding longevity and user experience. Both companies are doing shitty things for the $$$ and simultaneously creating mass exodus(es?) to other platforms....
Yeah, I dunno... Twitter seemingly intentionally committing suicide too, all in such a short amount of time.
My tinfoil hat wearing side wonders if this is all coordinated because of the election coming up next year, but the more likely explanation is interest rates and tightening capital forcing these shitty new monetize-at-all-costs actions.
Make Inkscape installed through Flatpak callable in the terminal as 'inkscape'?

Terrain STL files of individual US states?
Does anyone know of a good resource to download or generate terrain / elevation STL models that are bound to the shape of US states?...
I know this has been done before, but here's a 1:1 scale 3D print of my actual brain. The hospital that did my MRI let me have the files. (i.imgur.com)

Isn’t it funny how Reddit and Twitch are both screwing up.
