I’ve been using Brave Search supplemented by Startpage for the past 2+ years. When I search for something, I want to get results for credible webpages, not a summary of unknown quality. I liked the previous AI inclusion because it was instant, didn’t take up much space, and I could quickly navigate to the websites referenced...
pi-holes can’t stop websites you use from collecting your data. they’ve already started accepting cash for things (by way of mobile browser.). it’s only a matter of time before it slides into more things- if it hasn’t already.
currently I’m using start-page and it’s good enough for my needs. The advantage there is they’re in the EU, and have enhanced privacy requirements
Edit: I’ve used Firefox since their first beta. Now I feel old…

“Sorry best we can do is more bombs, officially define antisemitism as calling these guys assholes, and, uh, oh yeah, giving their military benefits packages!”
I dunno. It definitely will incentivize “otherising” of the Jewish diaspora. Which may be a tertiary objective of it. And it will definitely lead to increased conflict.
Which is a shame because most the Jews I know well enough to talk to about it, are extremely anti-genocide, and they’re vocal about it because… they know “I’m Jewish, [awkward stare]” is a great way to not get dinged for politics at work. (At least when the political topic is Gaza.)
I applaud the effort. But either they are or they aren’t.
Thomas is married to an insurrectionist, allito is flying symbols used by the insurrectionists.
And the other conservatives on the court are all ardently supporting Trump with half baked rulings buying increasing amounts of time to- they hope- delay the trial long enough for it to not matter.
I wouldn’t actually call them sympathizers- I’d just call them insurrectionists.
I'm really annoyed by how much Brave Search is pushing AI
