Took a different look at this afternoon, as instead of an Asian session, I hooked up my UK/NAm Flag to HF+D. As a reference, let a check of Haparanda🇸🇪 KiwiSDR do, where Alaskans were listenable until ~1430z on 680, 790, 950 & 970 kHz, + a few more carriers like 1000, 1010.

So here's 680. Usually it has a naZi ruZZian NDB: BP, Chelobityevo, KO85uv. I've never measured it though... so I don't know which of these is BP, which might be KBRW... and the 3rd one?!?!?!

    Got my seasonal flu vaccine yesterday.

    A very slick operation at the GP where hundreds of people classified as vulnerable to an airborne respiratory disease (for various reasons) are swiftly pointed to one of many rooms where someone checks you're the right person, stabs you, and out the other door you go.

    An airborne respiratory disease dangerous enough to this group of people they need an annual vaccine against it.

    I was the only person there wearing a mask.
    Not even the staff.

    Hmm, if you're a amateur on mastodon.social, be aware that mastodon.radio has that instance limited (which means if you reply to a post from mastodon.radio, no one sees it. unless they follow you).

    @ai6yr yep, I’m aware, this is going on for months, their admin doesn’t like big instances. Sometimes it feels like I’m talking to a wall.

    @ai6yr I agree and they can manage it as they see fit, but I often read a lot of casual chat between fediverse admins about arbitrarily severing online relationships and guilt by association (“it’s their fault for not choosing a better instance, they should have known better, that’ll teach them a lesson”), including theirs. (Disclaimer: I don’t think I ever interacted with them, I don’t have any past grudges).
