I don’t know why Nintendo keeps producing this cringey style of trailer in recent years, but they really need to try something else. This comes off as some kid’s dad watching them play the game and pretending to commentate as a character from the game to hype it up. It just falls flat.
Make it so you need to have proven you can properly take care of one/need a license to own one. But also, neuter/spay all existing ones so no more can be born. They’ve suffered enough from human stupidity, and there are plenty of other dogs out there to choose from that need love.
The fact that anyone is using anything higher than low for their clothes is shocking. If your clothes aren’t drying, it means you need to split the load into 2 separate ones, people!
We hang dry most of my wife’s stuff because it’s more delicate, hand made garments and such, but even that takes up two of those foldable hanging rack things. If we did all mine too we’d have no room to walk in our apartment. Just another way it costs more to be poor.
I’ve seen these dummies absolutely fill a dryer, and then have to pay to run it a second time because everything’s still damp. So they’re spending the same amount, but wasting more time (assuming you have access to two or more machines, which usually you do if you’re paying for it).
It really is though! I stopped buying them after I realized that (never noticed it as a kid/teenager, not sure if my senses are more keen or if they fucked up the formula. Maybe a bit of both honestly)
Also ADHD here. I only use autopay for static payments. Stuff like internet, car payment, etc. Variable ones like credit card payments I choose to manually pay, so I force myself to look at it and make sure I didnt get charged for anything weird. Otherwise, my ADHD will basically never force me to actually go check the accounts, like, ever.
I have friends who are Afghan who have had arranged marriages so this led me to be curious to ask, why does this practice still persist into the 21st century?
That’s an interesting concept: holding a pic of someone (presumably it gets updated every few years?) for like 15 years, imagining all these possibilities the whole time, and then finally meeting them and realizing, “nope not for me”.
… did you see the license plate? It’s definitely European. And all i’m saying is Europeans are so weirdly forward about sexuality for some reason, whether it be vans with giant dildos on them, or nudity on billboards. I’m not saying repression is good either, but there should be a balance.
