I have really annoying pain in my right breast. It’s a stinging sensation, it’s nothing like the pain of hormonal tenderness. Dr Google suggests it’s nothing to worry about but equally there’s nothing to be done except ibuprofen. Boobs are weird

For those under 50: Rejoice in your body now. No matter how healthy you are before 50, that seems to be the magic number for things suddenly making noises they never made before, aches popping up out of nowhere, and strange things happening to your body that range from mild to alarming to mild again. Trust me, 50 is that number, so don't be alarmed when any of those things happen to you 😊

I am struggling now with very difficult life experiences. Buddhism is my strength but I am disappointed with an inability to find friendship and solace in a monk. I may turn back to Catholic priests. Never have I been so pressed to stay focused. What is the lesson I am supposed to be learning in all this??
