I think my favorite part was when he said “it just tastes like coffee and to say any different would be ridiculous and a bit pretentious” and then spent the next five minutes explaining why coffee is like music and then there was an interpretive dance number lol

Yes as long as you have a travel plan set up there is nothing else you need to do other than make sure data roaming is turned on in your settings. Your phone will do the rest automatically once it connects with the local towers in Australia!
I had a friend years ago who would constantly do this… Anytime someone would ask her for advice she would just go on a 10 minute rant about how much worse she had it when the same thing happened to her. She never actually gave any useful information about how she dealt with the issue, she just complained for a while and then acted like she had done you a favor somehow lol
We all just eventually stopped telling her anything personal after a while
