I think it’s a lineature. FiraCide does that for example, and I like it very much. My compiler and lsp will tell me if there is a bad char there. Besides, the linea tires take the same space as two regular characters, so you can tell the difference.

I’m a German and I don’t really notice much of it. The region I’m in already has quite a lot of people that aren’t “traditionally German” and behave differently and speak languages other than German in public, it can be a little weird or unsettling sometimes, but many of them have good reasons sto stay here and immigration benefits society in the end I believe, also what is normal anyways. Maybe I just don’t worry about it as many others in our nation apperently do?
I mean, wanting regulations for immigration is a valid political opinion, no? It’s not something that is inherently extreme right. It’s just hard to find a party catering to both because of the modern Kulturkampf.
Aber es macht schon irgendwie Sinn dass systemd diesen Job übernimmt oder? Ist es nicht deutlich eleganter wenn wir im Nutzerraum bleiben und das quasi init system einen wurzel pty gabelt?
Diese ganzen Wahlplakate gehen mir echt stark auf die nerven inzwischen. Auf so vielen steht quasi einfach gar nichts drauf. Das ist nicht mal Parteispezifisch.
Das einzige Plakat mit einer konkreten Idee das ich gesehen habe war von der SPD. Die wollen bei uns einen neuen Spielplatz bauen. Der Rest schreibt schöne Wörter wie “Sicherheit”, “Gerechtigkeit” usw drauf und tut so als ob das irgendqen überzeugt.
Bringt alles nichts, man muss sich halt deren Wahlprogramm anschauen.
