I would like to try and persuade people in the UK to make sure they are registered to vote and to get out and do so.

I suspect a significant number of you feel no desire to vote because you feel the system itself is rigged against you.

This makes you feel apathetic and disenfranchised.

The Tory government has done pretty much everything in its power to make you feel exactly this way.

Sadly, I have been taken off the electoral roll and cannot vote in this election because I have lived outside of the uk for more than five years.

However, if you CAN vote, please do. Also, please check to see what type of identification you are going to need to vote, because they've gotten tricky about it.

Don't let the bastards make you feel like it's not worth bothering. It is.

Even if things get a TINY bit better.

Have you got reason to believe all politics is bollocks, and there is no party that represents all of your aspirations?

Then please vote to punish the motherfuckers who've been in power for 13 years and presided over the poisoning of your water, the decimation of your healthcare system, Brexit, the deaths in care homes, and the corruption.

If you don't punish these fuckers by ousting them after all this shit, you teach EVERY politician that there are no consequences to their perfidy.

These shits are DEPENDING on your apathy. They're depending on you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, alienated. They are itching to make you vote for a party that cannot possibly take power by ratcheting up your disagreement with some of the opposition's policies. They're going to find every wound that divides us and pour salt in those wounds.

Please... do not let them do this.

Make these bastards pay of all the misery they've inflicted on the UK, while they and their friends grew rich.
