So turns out the Aldi gnocci and a jar of gloop is a ridiculously quick meal if you need ridiculously quick meals in your repertoire. Ten minutes, done. Macros are a bit wild, but at least there's a vegetable in there.

My TV does this thing where it turns itself on randomly in the middle of the night. I think it's something to do with Plex and the Chromecast. Anyway.

The other thing is I'd like this smoke to go away because I want to destroy myself on a very long bike ride soon.

I like almond milk as an alt-milk because it's not bulked up with vegetable oils that leave an aftertaste. It's good for smoothies, but it makes for a joyless hot chocolate.
