lets say I had a static HTML page and I wanted to add the ability to log in to it via security key (i.e: yubikey/TOTP/passkey) - is there an easy way to slap this sort of authentication on?

@swgn English please, lol

@decryption did your Sizzle Issue just accidentally slashdot Hello Inbox?

decryption,

@frankfil if it did, cloudflare isn't doing a very good job

Signed up for superloop to replace aussie broadband (ABB are fine but superloop is way cheaper) and instead of adding their service on the 2nd data port on my NTD they took over the 1st port and cancelled my Aussie service.

Also fine, saves me having to cancel it with Aussie - but I had a static IP and a bunch of servers with firewalls to only allow SSH from my (now gone) static IP address. Oops. Lots of console work for me.

@seamus $99 vs $159 for 1000/50 (goes to $119 after the 6 month promo)

decryption,

@jaredzammit good deal for me, but you get nothing :(

decryption,
@decryption@aus.social avatar

decryption,

@haydio apparently he thought the gap between seasons was too long and he assumed the show was over so he got new work, lol

Vultr's object storage is the same price as Backblaze B2 - US$0.005 per GB for storage and US$0.010 per GB for bandwidth. Just that you gotta pay a minimum of US$5/m with Vultr - no minimum with B2. Also Vultr has storage in Singapore.

Digital Ocean's object storage even has servers in Australia - more expensive though at US$0.02/GB (same US$5/m minimum too).

Kinda wish BunnyCDN would do some S3 compatible storage too.

@robmcalavey the app I’m rolling out (discourse) appears to support it but nobody’s used it deeply and reported back about comparability - might do some testing

I'm thinking of moving from Telstra to a MVNO that uses Telstra, like Belong, because I want to keep the good network coverage but get a cheaper plan. Anyone used Belong, what're they like?

decryption,
@decryption@aus.social avatar

@Joshsharp Boost is better - every other Telstra MVNO uses a "wholesale" network with reduced footprint
