our last #psm2 in #freiburg was in march 2022. that felt like multiple ecocycles for me ;)

barry motivated me to experiment with a "never switch to old formats". its already fun to think about and to translate some situations and what have happened instead? what would be the fitting sentence in toki pona, err #liberatingStructures ?

after giving some talks with many people in the audience, i felt the tiny bit of sended information that really resulted in a reaction. i would send less information and would expect to have a higher impact using #liberatingStructures

next thought was the overall thing that we should not name it by its name and just do your workshops. it reminded me that we dont name it #scrum and just use it. interesting that good things are often received negatively after giving it a name. ;)

to "you", i am very interested in experiments of other people who introduced LS into "old" meetings. what was your approach?
