I’m still chest virus sick and I’m having banking and centrelink problems. They can be next weeks problems. I just don’t have the energy for a few hours of collating banking records and proving why I have a house deposit but no job. It needs to be done, but it doesn’t need to be done today. Plus a third of that house deposit has disappeared trying finally to gather my savings into one account. I can put it on Monday’s todo list and forget about it for the weekend. If you haven’t moved large money around, I’m pretty sure the banks get sus making sure you’re not being scammed.
1kg white rice.
5 tbl Keens curry powder.
~10 eggs - fried and sliced.
2 pk firm tofu - sliced and fried
Some peas, carrots, celery and green beans. ~1kg ish.
maybe 5g ea of salt/msg/citric acid/onion powder/garlic powder.
~10 serves.
Plate with soy and chilli oil.
I feel it’ll be lacking something, maybe a few things. I’ve previously used pork mince which added a lot of flavour and fat. I’m looking to reduce my meat, but I don’t think the egg/tofu will bring a lot to the meal. I’m wondering what I can do to zhuzz it up. Disappointing meal prep can be disappointing for two weeks. Maybe 50-100g of butter to replace the lipids.
While we’re a small community there’s really no need to be overly concerned with regularity and what not. The lemmy police wont be deployed with relaxed posting standards. Anyone with issue is welcome to step up.
If it’s your dream car then that’s that, but isn’t any turbo Subaru basically the same. My mate’s insurance went way down when he switched from a rex to a fozzy even though they had the same engine. I had an 06 Foz that was a great car that didn’t suit me.
I had jerk stomach for about five years after I got back from India. I did the fodmap routine over about six months and it seemed to restore my gut somewhat. I still get heartburn with too much white flour.
I like menial labour but it just doesn’t pay well enough. I’m no longer prepared to wear my body for mediocre wages while boss makes bank. Plus at the moment I’ve a hernia and am missing intense exercise pretty hard.
I think I spent about $3.50 on food today. Porridge, lentil curry, beans on potato, two eggs on toast. Maybe $5 with trimmings. e: $6, some pear and feta for desert.
