Question, is there a way to stream the WWDC keynote directly on windows? If so, will run it through my streamer so the people on Clubhouse don’t have to try to listen to my TV.

@munchkinbear that’s the plan, but I have to find out if I can access their direct stream from windows. For the past couple of years, I’ve been using my TV which has presented audio problems because people can’t hear it. I now have a Clubhouse account specifically for streaming stuff, so I figured that might be a better solution.

@theqonline I always say chocolate cookies can either be evil if poisoned, spiked with hot sauce, or filled with onions. I actually had to eat one of those once and it was disgusting.

Our fun with Piper continues! Three new voices were just added to the folder, two of them trained by @ZBennoui. The first is a British Female from data put out by Harvard. I think this one is my favorite; her voice is very pleasant and it works great as a screen reader voice. The most intriguing of these new additions is a model that Zach trained on his own voice. This is sort of a prototype, but an amazing one at that. Our minds were blown when we heard it because he only used about seven minutes of audio. It definitely sounds a bit more computerized, but it is super robust even with this little data. And finally, a model I trained on the CLB dataset from Festival. This is a US Female voice. There are a number of these Festival datasets, so I will likely train a few more. Everyone’s paying attention to Apple, not to you. Apple fills the frame entirely: there’s no room for a halo effect.

Release your thing once the news quiets down again.

@theqonline i’ve had this thing for probably going on four years now. Apart from slightly modifying cooking times I’ve never really had a problem, and they shipped me a button overlay for free so I don’t have to yell at it all the time.
