i know i just need to wait and have my 2nd dog again and then see how things settle, and also it is lonely this way. my gigantic dog won't learn how to take the stairs and i don't have a smaller dog i can carry and the tiny dog who would be satisfied as long as we were together and she could have a blanket is gone. i need my pack. i am so sad and lonely. my heart hurts. it's not enough dogs

i can confidently say 5 is too many, even with a yard, especially when I'm on my own but even with another adult too.

3 is too many on my own too, though i can do it. 2 i can walk alone even no yard, once i have the leash manners hurdle done. 3 is nice if everyone walks the dogs. 1 dog per person. take the kid outside, everyone gets fresh air, we have dogs. idk. i. always feel like something is missing with just 2
