Ce n'est pas vraiment de la boulangerie (c'est de la pizza), et ce n'est pas vraiment Samedi, mais je poste ça au cas où ça vous intéresse, car la technique est la même pour le #pain. @Flobzh on voit le truc en inox dont je parlais, très utile pour les pâtes très hydratées comme celle là. C'était hier pour une pâte pizza avec 66% de liquide (farine T45 580g/eau 363g/levain 122g/sel 14g).

I'm old enough to remember when GMail beta had a ever increasing counter telling you that you'd always get more room to store your stuff.

Now every now and then, I'm moving old files from G, mostly Photos, to @ProtonDrive

To be fair, I'm paying for those, https://proton.me/business/plans, and would probably get a worse plan when going with the Essentials tier.

Proton Drive progress bar 11.67 GB or 550 GB.
