@jj This might be a hot take but I feel like a diet focused on plant based protein is actually lower maintenance for bulking than one focused on meat. Tofu, lentils, and wheat gluten are slept on big time

My friend recommended pre-workout.
I bought it and did a full scoop.
I've done some before but it always made me itchy flushed and he said this one doesn't do that.
He was wrong. I feel like I've been high for the last 3 hours, but I think I've worked out harder than I ever have in my life before oh my god.
Tomorrow will be a half scoop cuz I'm still coming down and I'm at work lol.

Ohp and deadlifts both went well again today. Feeling pumped. On Friday I'll be trying for pr on ohp (105lbs/~48kg) and be back at two plates on deadlift (225lbs/102kg)
