I love the sound of the wind rushing over a pantograph at high speed when you are sitting directly underneath it. Smells like... Victory

@25kV I was on a TPE 397 coming back from Glasgow last week and crumbs, the thunk of the circuit breaker - I kept on thinking that a massive suitcase had fallen off a high rack! Still, interesting to know where the neutral sections are. Do they still drop the pan for a neutral section?

Hmm, Adobe no longer supports TTF (true type fonts) but Google fonts provide Roboto in TTF format - seems a bit wonky donkey :(

Increasingly waking up with . Went online for solutions. Breathing exercises. (Don’t do nearly enough.) Get more sleep. (Interrupted by anxiety!) Drink enough water. (I do.) Improve gut health/flora. (NHS has mucked me around for over a decade now re increasingly debilitating gut/allergy conditions. No help whatsoever.)

It’s a lovely morning outside. I just wish my physical self wasn’t blocking my mental self from seeing it. :/ ☀️

@craiggrannell with you on this one, talking therapy helped me a bit, plus some strategies around writing down weekly tasks & not being afraid to put some things off with a deliberate target - “will think about that in 6 months” - but my main message is to say, I’m sorry and you’re not alone!

@craiggrannell yes, I can appreciate that too! I think there is so much unknown about gut/microbiome stuff that there is a collective professional shrug around helping people change their situation rather than leaving them to just try and cope - very frustrating
