Trying to look at tickets for Milano C 🇮🇹 to Lausanne🇨🇭on weekend of 18-19 June and… every direct service appears sold out (seemingly between Milan & Domodossola 🇮🇹). I’ve tried FS, SBB, ÖBB, DB, Trainline and RailEurope for good measure…
Must be an FS ticketing problem surely - ever come across this, @jon ?

@tractiveeffort are there tickets between stops in Switzerland? My guess would be track works are causing some problem though.

@raphv Grand Est does for trains in that region. I assume Saarbrücken is an exception because international?

@benedikt well I sort of checked that. The guy at the Reisezentrum in Aachen told me he could not sell me tickets from Aachen Süd, only Hbf - and that wasn't connected to Deutschlandticket.

Also - musing... Were I in Saarbrücken and want to go to Forbach, how do I even do it?

SNCF Connect will sell me a ticket that I need to collect at a ticket machine, and there's no machine

DB Navigator will not sell me a ticket

SarrVV gives me no price either

I assume the DB Reisezentrum in Saarbrücken Hbf can sell it? Is that the only option?

Pretty annoying week on the bicycle front...

I am searching for a second old Birdy as a backup for the one I use for

There were two in Euskirchen, but I could not get there to buy them. Then there was one in Werder (Havel) but the seller sold it before I can go to the appointment he gave me tomorrow 😡

If any of my followers have old Birdy bikes to sell - in whatever condition - let me know! And - thanks to the Deutschlandticket - I can collect them anywhere too from 1 May
