An incredible example of insurrectionist anarchy that has been growing in South Florida for decades, people have died for this. In 2021, police ran down 13 year old Stanley Davis, Jr. in Boynton Beach.

As the crowd grows, so does the disruption to the intersection and mall. Police try to stop taking over the intersection then are left behind as the march begins.

The police catch up and expect us to turn back towards the City Center. Instead we take the Brickell Ave bridge and enter downtown.

Police get pretty nervous as we march past a Starbucks but relax after the march disappears into Bayfront Park, assuming dispersal. Again, wrong.

An open air mall with chain restaurants, designer clothing, and yachts docked out back, it’s the perfect disruption point. On the first day of the 2020 Black Power Uprising in Miami, police shot a man on his knees with his hands up with an impact munition in front of a march of tens of thousand. Because of that cop’s decision, Bayside Marketplace was smashed by revolutionaries in order to teach the police and their capitalist masters a lesson.

Police would eventually retaliate by murdering Giovanni Franchesko Fernandez inside a hospital. However, the police did not shoot to prevent this march to Bayside for Palestine.

On so-called “black friday” 80 rally inside Sawgrass Mills Mall in Sunrise, Florida, the 11th largest mall in the US. The mall is packed, lines out the doors, the parking lot overflowing.

Beginning with a silent gathering, mall security and police stand around unwilling to escalate lest this disrupts the shopping. As numbers grow, chanting begins. We march through the mall, weaving through the halls as all stare.

1,500 rally in Palm Beach for Palestine on 11/19! These large mobilizations continue unabated and growing, targeting tangible funding of this genocide and connecting struggles around the world.

Palm Beach County has invested a total of $160 million in Israeli genocide bonds since Oct 7 including the largest single purchase ever of Israeli bonds. PBC holds nearly as much Israeli debt as the State of Florida or New York.

A breakaway march goes through a nearby shopping plaza. Police make up the most nonsensical rules, claiming that chanting is not allowed and that police can trespass anyone without cause. Several are escorted out, no arrests, as the march continues in silence.

BDS is on everyone’s minds. However, the conversation is not oriented towards the working class who already avoid many of the brands targeted, who do not have pensions invested in Israel, and who rely on some of the targeted brands for staples.

How can BDS be more accessible for the working class? Organizing.

Talk to your neighbors, talk to your community, talk to your coworkers. Figure out how you can help each other to do two simple tasks: do not spend money on corporations and do not call the police.

Watch each others’ kids, buy in bulk and self distribute, carpool, help each other instead of calling the police, the list is endless. Everything you do towards divesting from capitalism, it helps — especially when targeted at the BDS list.

200 people protest for Palestine. Police immediately move early arrivals across the street. 20 Zionist counter protesters from the “Sons of David” and the “Rolling Thunder” biker club show up and put themselves between Real-Time Labs and protesters.

Five brave revolutionaries are also on the Zionist side of the street. One was arrested for putting stickers on the front door. Two others were arrested for defending themselves against the Zionists after being shoved, spit on, threatened with rape and murder, and harassed for hours.

Many others attempt to cross the street as speeches and chanting continues on the opposite side.

Key takeaways:

  1. We shut down Elbit. We did so by manipulating the police, overfunded with Florida State Guard resources, into shutting down Real-Time Laboratories and most surrounding businesses.
  2. There are a significant number of counter revolutionaries who want to dominate these protests. They are police collaborators, racist, and misogynist.
  3. Otherwise we were a rainbow coalition of Palestinian, Muslim, Jewish, Quaker, leftist, queer, indigenous, black and brown unity the likes of which is rare in South Florida.

Kfir is a contracted helicopter pilot for Airman Helicopter Inc. in Pompano Beach Airpark. In 2021, he flew a helicopter for a training exercise with Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and Florida Highway Patrol. Give them a bad review for working with police death squads and violent Zionists.

He was not arrested for assault or battery despite kicking someone, merely arrested for disturbance of the peace for “waving his flag in people’s faces.”

To address this issue, I suggest adopting the approach of the Fort Lauderdale PD as a potential solution.”

@LukefromDC actually this is an open question that we have. There seems to be no records of any flights by this helicopter since June 2021, shortly after this training with PBSO and FHP. The registration is good until next year but it’s odd that they’re not even doing their required yearly flight hours.
