I don’t have anything against upscaling per se, in fact I am surprised at how good FSR 2 can look even at 1080p. (And FSR is open source, at least. I can happily try it on my GTX 970)
What I hate about it is how Nvidia uses it as a tool to price gouge harder than they’ve ever done.
There is no being private in online dating, it defeats the whole point. Sure, you can use an email alias, maybe even a burner number, isolate the app in another profile and so on.
But at the end of the day, it’s still you you’re putting out there.

I’m the only one in my family who can actually do that.
Everyone else keeps checking their phone, talking over each other, getting up every ten minutes to do something, which makes watching a movie with my family the most frustrating thing on earth.
It’s the one thing I can focus on, and they make it unnecessarily hard for me.
It baffles me how many websites won’t even show the actual, basic content without javascript. I don’t care how cool it looks when the paragraph flies in from the side, I just want to read the damn thing.
