My office is pretty chill with a lot of web designers and the like running around. There’s really no dress code, except for tons of tattoos, lots of beards, wallets with chains etc. the guys as well
I always find it funny when music snobs say they don’t want any curation on streaming services because ‘I don’t need anyone to tell me what to listen to’. I have found some of the dopest tracks ever by checking out playlists and I’m a huge music head. I would even say more so because of streaming 🎧
@MagentaRocks I mean, it used to work that way. The problem is most stations shy away from discovery because it isn’t profitable. Indie stations are still great of course
@MardraS That’s what I’m saying. People posting stuff, random playlists, there’s no shame in it. I just find the attitude of ‘I know all the good music’ to be silly
@HumToTable tbh they both work to varying degrees. They’ve both got their pluses and minuses. I used to work at a streaming company and once you’ve got a ton of tags and connections with tracks, you really can predict what people may dig
