@realTuckFrumper No, that's not quite right. Special Counsel said Biden unknowingly took government property but as soon as he realised he had it was reported to the Government archives and cooperated with the search. At no time did Biden attempt to deny or mislead the National Archives.
There's a massive difference. Also Biden did not even think of attempting to use classified documents for influence or profit.
