So I’m not sure how the unions work in Hollywood - if a single studio gives in; would that give that studio an exclusive on all of the writers and actors? Or do all studios need to agree to terms? Could there be a partial strike situation where some studios are cut off until they give in?

Logged into my wife’s MacBook Air and wow do I really want a Mac laptop now to use in visionOS - simply incredible - I can confirm that Mice hooked up to a Mac also don’t work in visionOS - this really is trackpad only no matter how you connect to it even via the Mac universal control

On the eve of USB-C coming to the iPhone let it be remembered as it is often forgotten that USB 3.0 via Lightning was included on the iPad Pro in 2017 - yet never came to the iPhone which was and is stuck in USB 2 land - very baffling and maybe let us not blame Lightning for slow data transfer, but Apple for not caring to give iPhone users a great experience when it comes to file transfers on iPhone?

How did I only just now discover the amazing ability in OmniFocus for visionOS to scan documents with a nearby iOS device!!! It even showed my my 2017 10.5” iPad Pro - you just select whatever device you want to use and it launches the camera app from a locked device state into a special scanning mode and sends those scans directly over to OmniFocus for visionOS - pure magic how well this works - so cool!!! @OmniFocus @kcase

@imyke Did you trade in the Series 7? I’m considering when I get an Ultra to keep my gold Series 7 so I have both styles when I want to wear the gold Milanese/gold watch when the Ultra is less suitable. iPhone now can work well with multiple watches so thinking I may do that.

@matthewcassinelli Any idea if there is a way to automatically trigger the iPhone to mute/unmute based on if I’m wearing my Apple Watch? One thought would be if it could read if you get a heart rate measurement and if not to unmute the phone?

I went ahead and canceled Disney Plus - can’t believe it’s jumped from $80 to $140 in a single year - $20 away from doubling in cost! Wild - I’ll return when they have enough great content for me to binge - can’t justify it yearly anymore - sad because I love the shows when they do come out

2 Episodes into Monarch and loving it! Watching in PSVR2 so a bit harder to find the time to carve out time for it, but well worth it! I am reminded how I would benefit from a rewatch of the monsterverse movies (watched them back to back when the last one came out, but has been a bit!) - a timeline would also be helpful to put into place where the other movies fell

I disagree so hard with the @connected take on the new watchOS 10 Honeycomb - the old one I never used and only used list because I got lost in this huge HC that spread in every direction - larger app icons that scrolls vertically makes so much more sense to me and finally has me using this UI and it is so much quicker launching and finding apps and so much easier to setup my honeycomb the way I want it - for the love of god though please restore the old dock @imyke @viticci @ismh

@agiletortoise Are there any special toggles needed to enable an iOS app to be installable via TestFlight on visionOS? Have a few apps that are enabled for visionOS, but only in the App Store version and not allowed to install via TestFlight.

MacPad M1 Air edition has been setup!! $300 for a MacBook Air M1 with a busted screen but pristine computer body - damn @viticci this is pretty wonderful - can’t wait to start exploring the ways I can integrate macOS with the iPad and Apple Vision Pro - this is my first Mac since my 2011 11” MacBook Air that still happily runs High Sierra - feels very sturdy maybe the thicker wedge end is a feature for using it with the old M1 XDR iPad Pro - supporting more weight
