It cannot be an Archon Quest Interlude because just one act is wildly insufficient and the story will feel rushed.

It cannot be a World Quest because obviously they would have to be voiced.

It also cannot be a Story Quest because these are also just one act, and even if we get two parts of the story, one from both Ei and Wanderer's story quests, we need a full three-act structure for it to be fleshed out.

The current format of the limited-time events is the most suitable for this type of story telling. One act is released for each day of the event. Or maybe one act every two days. And then some mini-games. In summary, I want this storyline to get the Lantern Rite treatment. I want it to be a huge event.

Ei is not a mother. She knows this. The game knows this, and makes every effort to make sure that Ei is not portrayed in motherly light. I want this to be the source of angst between her and the Wanderer. I want all of my fantasies of meeting my missing parent for a long time to come through in this storyline.

I want tears. I want bawling. But most importantly, I want Ei and Nahida to have a symbolic talk about custody of the Wanderer.

I have just received some bad news. For the first time in my life, I am overweight. I'm two kilograms past the normal weight for me. I blame white bread and my recent love for it 😂

It's not the end of the world though. In fact, I am currently loving how my face has rounded up a bit, as opposed to it being thinner in the past and making my chin appear longer. It also seems that I look younger with this much fat on my face. My tummy though is getting rounder and rounder, and that's not what I want.

I have to go back to the gym or go running again soon. And by soon, I mean I start tomorrow.

Let me also just shout out the self-service kiosk at the Mercury Drugstore I just came into. For ten pesos, it gives you a general assessment of your height, weight, body fat, blood pressure, and temperature. It's been a while since I last saw such kiosk (iirc I was still in high school when I last used one, I was probably 16 or 17 back then). I'm glad to know they are still around.

@itaakesama Fatui being good people is something I doubt heavily, considering we already have Dottore experimenting on children, Crucabena literally overseeing an orphanage that produces either experiment subjects or soldiers and spies, and Pulcinella preying on the vulnerable of Snezhnaya.

However, I believe that the Fatui as an organization is working towards a cause that will ultimately be for the good of Teyvat. They just resort to questionable means, as is heavily hinted by the game.

@itaakesama I also have a theory that perhaps the Tsaritsa actually intended to recruit these morally deranged people into the Harbingers precisely because she knew people who have a strong sense of morality would cower at the first sight of casualties in war, and considering that they are about to challenge the Heavenly Principles, casualties will be the norm.

Being in the two-day ManComm meeting was tiring but also refreshing. This is the first time I actually felt that in the role I have I am making a difference and that my voice has power now. Turns out, that is all I needed. I didn't hate this job after all.

For mothers day, magshe-share ako ng story about sa tita ko na nanay ko na ngayon na tita ko noon (jk, she's been my mother figure since my mom died).

Sinugod niya 'yung teacher ko sa 2nd year Filipino kasi binigyan ako ng 76 na grade dahil wala akong Kayumanggi na workbook. Nagpapasa naman ako ng activities from there, nasa intermediate pad nga lang dahil hindi kaya magluwal ng 40 pesos for the workbook (ganon kami kahirap). 1/n
