Ein sehr schönes Projekt, das @partim da vorantreibt mit der Railwayhistory-Map. Es gibt einen dicken Daumen hoch von mir. Im frühen Stadium (soweit ich es beurteilen kann) schon sehr schöne Daten vorhanden und gut dargestellt. Wobei gerade der Blick auf Brandenburg stellenweise doch sehr frustrierend ist.

Ja, eine sehr gute Karte, hab sie mir auch grad angeschaut. Ich schliesse mich aber dem Wunsch nach leichter unterscheidbareren Farben an.
Die jetzige, dezente Farbsystematik mag zwar ästhetischer sein, aber knalligere und unterscheidbarerer Farben wären eigentlich der Sache dienlicher.

Übrigens heute Utrecht Centraal 9.43 - Frankfurt 13.31/14.21 - Wien Hbf 20.47 ohne nennenswerte Verspätung!
ICE 153 Frankfurt an +5 (wegen Polizei am Zug am Flughafen), ICE 29 zwischendurch bei Würzburg +15 (wegen Personenunfall dort), in Wien Hbf dann an mit +1.

BTW, Frage: Folgt die Reihenfolge der Anzeige der Fotos in einem Beitrag hier auf Mastodon einer Logik?
Wenn ich mehrere Fotos gleichzeitig auswähle, werden die dann immer durcheinander angezeigt und nicht etwa nach Dateiname sortiert. Muss das so?

These have long existed

Lindau 🇩🇪 - Bregenz 🇦🇹 - St Margreten 🇨🇭

Feldkirch 🇦🇹 - Schaan-Vaduz 🇱🇮 - Buchs 🇨🇭

There is also
Seifhennersdorf 🇩🇪 - Varnsdorf 🇨🇿 - Zittau 🇩🇪 - transits 🇵🇱 - Liberec 🇨🇿

And those are just the ones that spring to mind. There might be others.

This new train is welcome, but it’s no world first.

@jon another example is Bratislava-Petržalka 🇸🇰 - Wien 🇦🇹 - Sopron 🇭🇺 - Deutschkreuz 🇦🇹, although due to the detour not really useful for 🇸🇰-🇭🇺 trips.

@jon yes, it started already. However I doubt that it will be a big success, given the location of Villa Opicina station. I don't know whether they arranged a coordinated bus shuttle from downtown Trieste, which might help to attract passengers...
