I'm an Ultra Gold SFV player. In SF6, I picked the 3rd option at the beginning and got Ken to Plat_1 and Lily Plat_3. My Ken fought Diamond and Plat. My Lily has better win rate but only fought Gold and Silver. It's a bit all over the place....
I was a hard stuck silver in SF5, but i have a diamond cammy (started at plat) and a 4 star plat deejay (started plat 1). idk how. I feel like i just get this game a little better. it could also be that i branched out to guilty gear and maybe the experience from there helped out.
Do you guys turn on negative edge? I found it helps me get flashkick in combos more consistently. I'm also used to it being on from previous games. Is this something that should be noted in tournament rules?
