Is it me or are games really not fun anymore
The best part of video games back in the day was making memories with your friends, now it all feels like structured fun. “This is how you play the game and this is when you are supposed to have fun” Idk if that makes sense.
Terrible Coworkers (lampinc.net)
I find it mildly infuriating that some coworkers think entering a break room gives them license to play loud music over speakers, use obscene language (especially to and about other coworkers), and disrupt the fifteen minutes of peace and quiet some of us crave in the workplace....

Reddit remnants [initialisms explained]
This community is clearly a continuation of r/AmItheAsshole subreddit. People seem to take it for granted that people know this and understand the basic concepts. I can't find them in magazine search (eg, https://kbin.social/magazines?q=waterloo). They're not brand...

OC I created a sub (aka community/magazine) for the Waterloo region (Waterloo, Kitchener, Cambridge) (kbin.social)
I intended this to be akin to r/Waterloo, since there's a ton of value in local recommendations and discussion. I've met some really cool people from the city subreddits and hope to rebuild that here....

OC [Guide] How to make the Imagus extension work with kbin
The Imagus Chrome and Firefox extension shows image previews on hover. Currently with kbin, hovering over the thumbnail in the frontpage or magazine view just shows the thumbnail but slightly larger, which isn't what we want (especially since the thumbnails have a distorted aspect ratio). Here's how to make the extension show...
