I think the biggest thing about rapid brutality is that it only triggers on basic attacks, so only basic attack killers will benefit. However, basic attack heavy killers are very vulernable to not having bloodlust - killers like pig and wraith could be very hard to play on certain maps without it. Thus, I don't think rapid brutality is as amazing as its made out to be.
With regards to 4.4 killers, who would use it? It doesn't trigger on hatchets, and for spirit, catching up to survivors isn't really super impactful as you have power. Maybe hag, but once again, as hag you're focused on trapping and primarily rely on traps to get hits rather than longer chases.
I think rapid brutality is really strong on paper, but when you asked the question of who specifically wants to use it there are only a couple candidates who would use it well.
A good way to see that Congress does explicitly have control over the court is to note that Congress sets the size of the court, giving it control over the court. Furthermore, Congress has also been able to control the scope and juristiction of the court as well. Thus, based on the longstanding historical interpretation of Congress' power, this is something they should be able to do.
I personally think that we shouldn't ever judge people based on their race - if we're considering people we should consider them based on merit.
It always surprised me that the left complained about there being too much discrimination in society, and their solution was to discriminate more.
Interesting, but as trump isn't a normal candidate, I don't think what he says will really affect his campaign. If he isn't arrested he'll probably win the nomination.
You're probably right, and that's probably the best step we could take here in CA. Unfortunately, it's very challenging to implement from a political standpoint, as high density housing projects and loosening zoning laws are very politically unpopular items, so it would be hard to get passed. Plus, the people who are currently here benefit the most from high housing prices (since it makes their properties super valuable), so they'll obviously fight against any proposals that could meaningfully lower housing costs.
It's good to be better terms with China though, since no one benefits from a war. That being said, I don't know how this can be recovered since the two countries have such diametrically opposed beliefs, particularly with regards to Taiwan.
I think it'll get him to a good place. The tricky thing about the EMPs is that they need to be perfectly tuned or they're problematic - too much and the singularity feels terrible to play, but too little and the survivors don't have counterplay against him.
Interesting to see how this plays out. Ironically, I think democrats may be better off if he isn't convicted because I think Biden has a better chance against Trump than he does against DeSantis.
