I have a truly impressive colletion of flexi-dinos. Ostensibly, they were test prints. For the kids. (Niece and nephew. No... I don't play with them. why would you ask that? no seriously. I would never. why would you ask that?)

As a side note... the flexi turtle is a total stoner.

Mostly it's the practical parts I've built, a lot of which I've designed but by no means all, both on the printer and not. I actively use my vertical/wall-mount project management/storage system so I see that every day, of course.

But I also have a nice little 20%-wood-infill PHA totoro I printed and a blue silk mecha-spider around to keep me company. ^_^

stappern,
maschmann,

I've been looking at this system for quite a while: How sturdy is it? It's looking great but I was really unsure if it's not better to use the IKEA skadis and just print some hangers. So: How happy are you? :-)

ThePrideOfGoffamCity,

What is the object name(s) here? Where can I find this?

Edit: Nvm, happened to be browing Printables just now, and I think I found it: https://www.printables.com/model/393386-honeycomb-wall-all-designs

stappern,

That's exactly it. Only thing is I have to model more attachments there are only a few available there

maschmann,

I've just got a few fidget toys, I frequently use during meetings to keep calm and my fingers occupied... https://lemmy.world/pictrs/image/c57379bc-2d05-4fdf-b9a1-8cea54ebf738.png

impulse,

A bunch of too inaccurate calibration prints, after my hotend failed earlier this month and I'm rebuilding my machine and dialing in the settings again.

that's a nice design.
Have you looked at the pendulum clock by steve petersen? it's a very nice design- and mine keeps reasonably good time considering.

livesathome472,

that's awesome!

Shdwdrgn,

I have a whole row of 10mm calicats under my monitor. I use them to test new filaments and as a color reference. I also have one of those repeating pyramids I printed in copper silk that's always fun to look at (sorry, I looked, I can't find the STL now 🙁 )

sneakyninjapants,

The only thing I really have within line of sight are my keyboard and desktop case. But they're both very useful as I'm sure you can imagine.

galaxi,

No freaking way those are 3d printed! If so, you've got serious talent. Very nice :o
