I applaud #school using #digital #document processes to reduce silly paper shuffling.
HOWEVER,
text boxes next to “NO” responses aren’t required
text boxes next to unselected option (APPROVE/DENY) are not required
forms referring to police from the wrong city (SJ vs PA) aren’t valid
asking me to sign that immunizations are completed without having a way to include the immunization history is dumb.
