@jmaris How did you learn that Russia intends to attack a more powerful union of states? Are you suggesting that either you or they are acting foolishly? 🙄
@g It's literally what Putin & Co say they want to do. If Russia wins in Ukraine it will be reasonably strong, with battle tested soldiers and a military-industrial complex running at full steam. Meanwhile Europe will be at its weakest having exhausted its strategic reserves helping Ukraine, and with Trump in the Whitehouse refusing to help. Do you seriously expect Putin to back down in this situation?
@g
Well, you know the good old saying: "You can take a horse to water, but if Vladimir Putin has told the horse the water is lava and the horse is dumb enough to believe him, then you can't make it drink."
@jmaris Mr. Medvedev holds a position comparable to that of several U.S. senators, such as Mr. Graham, who advocate for military action in one country one week and another the next. Additionally, provide the original sources, not interpretations or summaries of what he stated in writing or speech. Thank you.
@g See my other replies, which showcase Putin saying "The borders of Russia do not end", threatening Finland, and weighing the idea of annexing a town in Estonia.
