johnefrancis, 4 months ago @erin I'm going to say late 80s...the 417 is extended all the way thru Kanata to Carp road...so it's after 1980. By the early 90's substantial development has occurred along Prince of Wales and none of that seems to be there yet. My parents used to talk about the 417 ending at Moodie, but I don't remember.
