In terms of risk to life or bad life choice that seemed benign at a glance, but you learned later could’ve ended your life or set you down a path of misfortune.
What's the worst way to die ?
In my opinion: poisoning with a 100% lethal poison. You feel your body progressively collapse, you're in pain, you see the dead coming, you know you can't do anything about that, then you're unable to breathe, and you suffer consciously until the end.
