@rustoleumlove@ai6yr she’s adorbs, my favorite version of doggos! Her nails are long enough to be pushing her toes out of whack, which I understand is very uncomfortable. Our pitties have all been horrible about getting nails clipped, many treats to get them in the door of the groomer, but when nails are trimmed so they don’t press the toes up, pups are definitely more cheerful! The best treat for this has been cream cheese & salami roll ups, before and after. 🥰
@rustoleumlove@susiemagoo Ah, poor pup. Our puppy here fortunately does a lot of walking on trails, and we've never had to trim his nails (dewclaws... yes. Otherwise he will take me down like a deer by jumping on me and clamping the dewclaws into my leg, for fun, LOL... in a friendly, yet exquisitely painful way).
