I have no idea what the maxi-challenge was supposed to be about. At some point I thought they were emulating famous drag content creators, like Trixie and Katya, but what I saw looked nothing like that. Specially Pandora and Kelly's video... what the fuck was that. Maybe there's some cultural references I didn't get, but I can't say the maxi-challenge was entertaining, although it was certainly interesting to watch. I got the feeling Pandora is really leaving her comfort zone in the show, and not necessarily in a good way. There have been too many comedy challenges, which makes me think they really don't want Pandora to win this. Maybe they want to give the price to Metamorkid, or maybe to Yvonne Nightstand given she's the only Germany-born German left in the race. Whatever the case is, I can feel Pandora is not really comfortable doing the stuff the show is asking of her and that's a bit worrisome.
I'm happy there's no elimination. But seeing the preview for next episode, I was disappointed. It seems we are getting yet another normal episode. We have a top 4 that is worthy of a finale already. Why more challenges!?
I agree, there are too many comedy challenges. I don't think it's because they deliberately don't want a specific queen to win or lose though; I think the challenges are set for the season. On the contrary, I think they've opted to save Pandora a couple of times (especially this episode, opting instead for a lip sync for the win). S1 for Germany is off to a rough start it seems. I hope there's a second season and there's more variety in the challenges. A girl group challenge would have been sickening. I'm ready for this season to wrap up.

hahahaha yazzzz I did scream! Pandora calling it in the werkroom was so funny. It really gave high school vibes.
And ye, the season started really strong imo and has not gone into some questionable routes. Still I think it's been great, mainly because I really love the host and the judges. The fact they have had the same guest judge 3 times now seems weird though. I think there must be some tea there I am not aware of.
