Plenty people think you can't tow at all with an EV..

USA range is an issue, and charging with a trailer is a bigger issue tbh.

Not so big a deal here we're quite a small country relatively

@Rjdlandscapes @AudraTran check the banner pic on my profile for Tesla towing. Charging wasn't so bad for me but I did block about 5 cars in at the Bombay fast charger...

Yeah Charging every 150-200 miles isnt hell (for NZ) if you can charge quickly and dont need to detach the trailer...

@Rjdlandscapes if you can even find a charger every 150 miles along your route. Meanwhile a diesel tow truck will go 300+ miles, fully loaded.

@AudraTran we have decent charger coverage and the downside of burning diesel is huge.

pm2.5s, cancer, climate change etc ya know.

@Rjdlandscapes i may despise tesla as a brand (due to rampant QA and labor issues and its owner), but damn if that's not impressive. That should be part of tesla's marketing.

@timelordiroh it's owner only owns like 12% now and they are by far the easiest cars to live with..

Hopefully we can have the company without Elon one day soon
