Under Biden, we ended any pretense of continuing to mitigate Covid
Biden reduced reporting on Covid
Everyone's like "Biden fixed the economy!" but then they don't want to talk about how he did that, and they don't want to talk about "Back to office" mandates, or CDC saying "Work while positive with Covid! No mask requirements! LOL!"

Isn't your first point largely a result of more pandemic time under Biden? The first peak death rate (April 2020) was under Trump, and the second (February 2021) was inherited by Biden from people who were infected before his inauguration, and no subsequent death rate has matched those first two peaks (either raw numbers or 7-day rolling averages).
I strongly disagree with Biden's Covid policies! (Trump's Covid policies were worse.) But your first point seems logically shaky.

Full outbreak+mutations,
Riots against way too mild policy.
If the us pop was generally intelligent, AND the powers that be valued human lives over money, he might have done way better. Both these requirements are not met.
Crediting Trump for the vaccine is ridiculous. He doesn't even know what a vaccine is.

Talk about some specific Covid mitigation policy changes that occurred during Biden's term. You can't just say, "The battle was already lost." That's an excuse. Talk about the delta between US Covid mitigation policy as it existed on Jan 5 2021 (Trump's last day on the job), and as it exists today (deep into Biden's term). Biden owns all of those changes.
You can't use the US population's intelligence or lack thereof either. Same population Trump had.🤷🏿♂️
On Jan 5th 2021 (Trump's last day), the CDC recommendation was that if you tested positive for Covid, you should try to isolate for 5 days. Under Biden, that CDC recommendation changed to you, "Yes Yes, positive for Covid... but if you feel good, just go back to work! 🤡"
This decision was made knowing full well that many people infected with Covid, are both contagious and asymptomatic.
This is just one example of a specific policy change made under this admin.
