On the eve of her visit to the Middle East, German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock leveled extremely harsh criticism at Israel since the start of the war, saying: "In the hell of Gaza, more than a million children, women and men are in danger of starvation. This cannot continue for even one more day. The Israeli government must finally open the border crossings to allow much more aid.”
