Issue with "upvoting" too many comments in a remote thread?

I came across this thread (https://kbin.social/m/support@lemmy.world/t/241964/Reporting-user-for-harassment#comments) in my feed, and after upvoting a couple of comments, I kept getting an error when I tried to upvote Op's comment (which, perhaps ironically, is a user from kbin). In troubleshooting, I found that:...
