Japanese companies operate lean and mean. They like profits. You are the product. If you are white face then you are product. World is now all about white faces being products for brown people. Japan is brown people wanting white face products. Japan business men are nature of the bushido. Which mean they come first. English teacher feels special for a few days, weeks, months but realizes he is product and will be asked to do lots of extra. Extra not paid for. Japanese English teacher business is ruthless and will use white face as product. The end.
