sshfs: A network filesystem client to connect to SSH servers

sshfs is an incredibly useful tool - it is the simplest, fastest, most secure-by-default way to mount a remote filesystem, but unfortunately the primary developer has had to orphan the project.

If you haven't used sshfs before, then give it a try! It can be used to locally mount just about any folder accessible via SSH. As an added bonus nothing needs to be installed on the host machine, installing sshfs on the client computer is all that you need to get started.
