Stylish 16-bit action game DaemonClaw reaches its Kickstarter goal in two days!

Good news for Genesis and Neo-Geo owners hoping for a new bone to chew... Neofid's DaemonClaw has hit its Kickstarter goal of $53,736, two days after the fundraiser started. Seems people really, REALLY want this game. Like, yesterday.

For those who don't know, DaemonClaw is an action-adventure title with richly detailed European graphics and a versatile armband which harnesses the power of the elements to lay waste to armies of monsters. Not only does it look great, but it will sound great thanks to the talents of classic video game musician Allister Brimble.

Now that the game has been fully funded, DaemonClaw will be a lock for release on a variety of game consoles, both old and new. You're guaranteed a digital copy for the Genesis, Neo-Geo, and Steam if you pledge fourteen Euros ($16 US dollars) to the Kickstarter, and big spenders can get a Neo-Geo cartridge if they donate 250 Euros ($269 US dollars).
