This park along the Rideau River in #Ottawa is usually flooded at Easter. In some years the floodwaters can be three to four feet deep in the park. This Spring after a short, warm winter with little snow the river is four feet below the river bank.
@AndrewHenry I've been thinking the same thing from my end of the river (I'm up by Rideau Falls), and the water level is already low; though not quit end-of-summer low. Does not bode well.
