While not a shiny, I'm incredibly proud of this catch. Not only are the galarian birds rare, but with how difficult they are to catch, the fact that I did it with a red PokeBall is something I'm very happy about. #PokemonGo#Pokemon

So in a funny twist of coincidence, after I hatched this zigzagoon, I randomly decided on Wooper as my next masuda hunt. Well, not 24 hours later, Niantic releases that the November 5 community day will be for wooper. Guess I'm going to have to find something else to hunt for in Pokemon Shield.
@timelordiroh Is there anything I need to know before trying to shiny hunt in Pokémon Go? I think I've seen that the odds are higher than in the main games but that's pretty much it
@shift So the Pogo odds are higher, but you're limited on how many pokemon the game gives you instead of being able to pick and choose what you want to hunt and being able to run around in grass/hatch eggs as much as you want.
