Rabbits are usually slept on by our society and the abuse they go through is a huge hot button for me.
A lot of people don't understand that it takes time to earn a rabbit's love and trust but once you have it they're no different than cats or dogs they're loyal they're loving their intelligent they're funny they're cuddly they are the whole package. They're just not easy to seduce. Like you give a dog or a cat some affection and some food and they're eating out of your hand in a day or two, whereas a rabbit needs you to prove your trustworthy, and honestly I think that's an extremely honorable trait. And when you've earned a rabbit's love and trust it's such an accomplishment a feeling of Victory you know it didn't come easy and it was literally earned. Because of that I really respect them. In a day and age when everybody wants something fast and cheap they maintain unyielding attitudes towards affection.
