Residents of #Russia flooded Orsk refuse to evacuate in fear of organised teams of looters. The woman quotes looters who robbed flats and shops in previously evacuated districts. A few days ago, local emergency minister argued that they issued a flood warning „over a week ago but nobody listened”. Please keep this in mind when someone denies Russian looting of Ukraine — Russians even loot their own country when they have an opportunity!
