That_One_Guy, A brief update after a few visits with the cervical spine specialist. I've gotten more sleep the last 3 nights (4-6 hrs) compared to 1-2 hours a night the previous month. The tinnitus has been less intense since Sunday, the first day after sleeping better. I've also been using a bit more THC before bed than normal but not anything crazy.
The lessening of the tinnitus has been amazing! Still there but not debilitating.
